April is a genuinely good human who also happens to be an exceptional acupuncturist. As someone who has seen other acupuncturists and broken out in a sweat due to anxiety and discomfort from the treatment- I appreciate her gentle style, and willingness to stay in the room with me when needed. Her approach makes me feel safe and secure, which enhances my treatment outcomes. Whilst I’m not afraid of needles, I have never loved the idea of having lots of needles in me or being able to feel it. This is why I see April! She uses really thin needles and a technique where I’ve never had more than around six in. April is really good for my overthinking mind as she explains the process and what to expect. I find my sessions with April relaxing and especially love the moxabustion at the end! April has me sorted at the moment, so I haven’t seen her for a while!
