Prices for Nurturing Life
As I am registered with AHPRA and a member of ATMS, if you have private health insurance you will be able claim directly via HICAPS, which means you will only need to pay “the gap” of the prices listed below and what your insurance will cover. Please note this is relevant for IN PERSON acupuncture sessions only (NOT telehealth or online support options).
Rebate amount will vary by level of cover as well as insurer- it is recommended you contact your insurer to find out how much you will get back.

Please note that appointments with hybrid can be either used as Telehealth or in-person Acupuncture appointments
Includes online group support for basic questions, for more complex questions or changes in health then a follow up appointment is required (telehelath or acupuncture).
*All appointments to be used within 2 years of purchase. Packages may only be used by one patient, they are not transferable.
If circumstances change and a refund is required for unused appointments, then refund will be calculated with used appointments at full price (eg if 3 appointements used, and wanting rest refunded then 1100 less (3 x 105) = $785)
Apply to work with Hybrid support – This gives April a good idea of if you will be a good fit for the Online Program or not. If you are a good fit she will contact you to arrange a time for the Initial appointment.
If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you may be charged a fifty dollar ($50) fee; this will not be covered by your private health insurance company, and will need to be paid in full before your next appointment (unless explicitly discussed with April and alternative arrangements made).
If you fail to show up for your appointment with no prior communication, full fees will be charged.
I understand that delays can happen however I also must try to keep my other patients on time. If you are running 10 minutes past your scheduled time please let me know as I may have to reschedule the appointment.
Payment is able to be made via either eftpos or cash (please have correct money) on the day at time of treatment, or direct deposit if paying for online course, or cancellation fees.
Gift vouchers are available for all services.
I am open to an exchange/barter or working on a sliding scale if you are unable to afford my services, so please feel free to discuss this with me if required.
