As I am registered with AHPRA and a member of ATMS, if you have private health insurance you will be able claim directly via HICAPS, which means you will only need to pay “the gap” of the prices listed below and what your insurance will cover.
Rebate amount will vary by level of cover as well as insurer- it is recommended you contact your insurer to find out how much you will get back.
**Follow up visit fees are for regular maintenance visits.
If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you may be charged a fifty dollar ($50) fee; this will not be covered by your private health insurance company, and will need to be paid in full at your next appointment.
If you fail to show up for your appointment with no prior communication, full fees will be charged.
I understand that delays can happen however I also must try to keep my other patients on time. If you are running 15 minutes past your scheduled time please let me know as I may have to reschedule the appointment.
Payment is able to be made via either eftpos (credit card only- Mastercard/VISA) or cash (please have correct money) on the day at time of treatment.
